Guiseppe’s Pizza serves Italian pizza in Akron, Ohio.

Guiseppe’s Pizza was founded by siblings Angeline Zimbardi and Antonette DiNicola in 1963. The restaurant has been in the business of serving mouth-watering pizza, salads, subs and sandwiches for fifty years now. The restaurant was named after the sisters’ father, Giuseppe. The name was misspelled on the first menus and they have decided to keep it that way instead to make it more unique.

One feature of Guiseppe’s is that their customers have the option to customize their pizza’s dough, toppings and sauce to suit their taste better. They also offer a variety of hot and cheesy sandwiches for their customers as well as side dishes and salad. Guiseppe’s also accepts special orders for their cinnamon sticks, pepperoni breads and sheet pizzas for special events.

The year 2013 marks Guiseppe’s 50th year in the business. A visit to their store will allow customers to avail of their special anniversary t-shirt. In an effort to give back to the community in which they operate, Guiseppe’s also actively sponsors local youth programs.
