According to Ohio.com, home prices from across the country have increased. Akron, Ohio home prices are the only decrease among the top 100 cities in the country.
This could mean that there are still bargains to be found in Akron while it is harder to find good housing deals in many other locations. It is noted that the price increase is due to more people bidding on a limited supply of houses.
